Your first visit
Welcome to Dentistry of Colorado! We are thrilled you have chosen us to be your dental healthcare provider. We want to take this time to welcome you to the office and give you an overall understanding of your first visit so you feel comfortable, confident, and prepared before entering our office.
When you first arrive, you will be welcomed by one of our outstanding team members. You will be given a new patient welcome packet that has some additional features we offer at our office. After completing your paperwork and verifying your insurance, if you have insurance (if not, we have an incredible in office plan that is often preferred by many patients), you will be taken back to an operatory to be seen for your appointment.
Once in the operatory, one of our assistants or hygienists will take the necessary x-rays, if needed, to perform the most accurate diagnosis. Upon completion of the films and any additional treatment by the hygienist or assistants, you will meet your doctor. They will come in for your exam and give you a full, comprehensive exam educating you on the need and necessity of any treatment recommended. Our doctors pride themselves on always educating their patients and giving high quality time to each and every one of their patients.
Upon completion of your visit, you will be escorted to the front office where the front office will go over any treatment estimates you may have, and schedule you for your future appointments, allowing you to reserve the time frame that works best for you and your schedule.
We strive to keep appointment times to the allotted and estimated time we give you because we know your time is important and valuable. Furthermore, we do everything to give as close to accurate estimates with insurance and do our best to help with any insurance questions you may have.
Our goals are to give you the best dental experience possible. All of our team members are here to serve you and make each and every visit and positive one. We are all here to answer any question you may have so you always feel confident, educated, and comfortable with the treatment you receive!
